The Future of HR Service Delivery

What does an HR delivery model of the future look like? While it’s hard to know for sure, ScottMadden is confident there will be an intentional combination of human and digital labor (AI + automation) to deliver on-demand, personalized support for customers while also enabling more efficient day-to-day work for HR teams.

The graphic below is a future-focused conceptual vision that highlights how a true AI-enabled HR model could look. For most organizations, the model represents a significant jump in capabilities and technology; however, the change does not need to occur all at once.
