ScottMadden is committed to corporate responsibility – from our people and communities, our planet, and our governance as a firm. We are proud of what we have accomplished to date and recognize that there is still much work ahead.

Through years of data collection, analysis, and a drive to improve, the firm has implemented numerous initiatives, ranging from carbon footprint analysis to composting and office redesigns. However, sustainability means much more than just environmental impact. It is also about our people and the quality of our relationships – grounded in our core values of respect, trust, service, and accountability.

We partner with charities and non-profit organizations dedicated to achieving positive outcomes in our local communities. When selecting partner organizations, we focus our charitable giving around education access, poverty alleviation, veterans and their families, and local and national conservation and decarbonization efforts.
