Victoria Nielsen

Victoria Nielsen is a director at ScottMadden and has more than nine years of experience in the energy industry. Before joining ScottMadden in 2023, Victoria was a project manager at Applied Energy Group’s Utility Consulting Group. While at AEG, she led cost-benefit analyses, quantitative economic modeling, and public policy analyses for electric and natural gas utility clients nationwide. Her primary focus was managing market potential studies and program design projects covering energy efficiency, demand response, electric vehicles, electrification, emissions reductions, grid interaction, and more. Victoria holds a master’s of public policy, a B.A. in environmental policy, and a B.A. in sociology from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
