With more than two decades of experience, Adithya has worked across functions, including finance, HR and IT, for a variety of industries, including healthcare, consumer products, aerospace and defense, and utilities, to name a few.

During his time at ScottMadden, Adithya has developed a record of success partnering with clients on a range of initiatives such as project and change management, transformation redesign and implementation, shared services design and implementation, financial analysis, process and organization redesign, and performance management. He is an active participant and leader in our finance and accounting and human capital management communities of practice as well as our healthcare community of interest.
