Michael Zeoli Joins ScottMadden as Partner 

ScottMadden is pleased to announce that Michael Zeoli has joined the firm as a partner in its Corporate & Shared Services practice.

Michael brings more than 20 years of experience leading business and HR transformations for Fortune 1000 and mid-market organizations. He specializes in operating model design, HR service delivery, managed services, cloud technology, and AI solutions.

Before joining ScottMadden, Michael served as a partner in both service line and sector leadership roles, where he built and scaled talent transformation offerings and led AI-enabled transformation initiatives across multiple industries. His previous leadership positions focused on developing HR transformation practices and delivering complex, global programs.

Michael holds an M.A. in Human Resources and Organizational Development from George Washington University.
