A Fortune 500 company in the consumer-packaged goods industry needed to consolidate HR data systems to achieve planned synergies following a merger. The client engaged ScottMadden for vendor selection and HCM systems software implementation services to help with a new enterprise-wide HCM system. Concurrently, we were engaged to design and implement the going-forward, integrated service delivery model.

Process

  • Evaluated current state HR technology landscape and service delivery of the legacy organizations
