An IOU faced major planning and sequencing challenges as it prepared to execute a multibillion-dollar, multi-year rebuild of its T&D infrastructure. Hundreds of projects required prioritization, resource allocation, and conflict resolution across engineering, construction, and operations. ScottMadden partnered with the utility to develop a comprehensive modeling and execution strategy that improved visibility, guided sequencing decisions, and supported regulatory and leadership alignment.
