Matt Shait Promoted to ScottMadden Partner

ScottMadden is pleased to announce the promotion of Matt Shait to Partner.

Matt joined the firm in 2014 after earning his M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. Over the past 11 years, he has made significant contributions to the Firm and developed trust with clients. Matt’s work centers on Human Capital Management, where he helps organizations design and implement strategies that strengthen their workforce, enhance service delivery, and enable transformation. Coupling his work with a background in Finance, he brings a business-oriented perspective valued by clients.
