The nation’s largest for-profit hospital system was facing challenges with their newly implemented recruiting administration function. With nearly 40,000 new hires annually across the United States, the client needed a dependable recruiting administration team in their HR service center to ensure consistent and efficient recruiting processes. ScottMadden was engaged to assess the function, identify underlying issues, and develop and implement viable solutions.

- Worked closely with the service center’s executive team to assess root causes of performance issues and develop actionable solutions
- Performed multifactor analysis to examine potential issues with staffing, training, time management, adherence to processes, and use of technologies
- Identified sub-optimal technology usage, skillset gaps, and inefficient processes
- Provided recommendations for solutions, including skillset training, improved communications, strategic staffing assignments, increased system integration, and technology and process improvements
