This year marks the ninth cycle of the study, which allows you to compare the performance of your shared services to that of peer organizations and identify areas for improvement.
There is no cost to participate, and you will receive a report that compares your results to the overall benchmarks and to peer groups by industry and revenue.
The study focuses on HR shared services organizations with one or more service centers and centers of expertise and includes more than 50 metrics related to staffing, scope of services, operating models, and performance, as well as qualitative questions about your shared services practices.
