Workshop A: Aligning the Right IA Suite To Your Organization and Justifying the Investment
The term “intelligent automation” implies there is a suite of technologies beyond RPA. As we breakdown the nature of work into categories like “transactional,” “problem solving,” “customer facing,” and “analytical,” it makes sense to align the right IA technology to the right work. This workshop will explore the different types of work we see in global business services and shared services operations and provide examples of work that is best-suited for specific IA capabilities. This means a suite of diverse technology vs. a singular solution to digitize your processes, but we are not finished yet. The IA suite must be justified and roadmapped to secure appropriate funding. We’ll also take a look at how to quantify ROI and soft benefits of IA technology suites so you are ready for the boardroom pitch.
