Whether your organization is thinking about implementing an HR shared services organization or if you have an established service delivery model primed for growth, the interests and engagement of your internal customers are critical to your success. Internal customers (also known as your employees and managers) can influence how quickly your HR service delivery model becomes an efficient, integral, and responsive organization. These stakeholders can promote growth as the model matures and continues to deliver value. During this workshop, we will talk about the various stakeholder groups and their interests, methods of engagement and feedback, customer satisfaction measurement, and use of metrics to provide insight into the customer experience.
