  • Horizontal Integration – Growth via acquisition of additional LDC businesses, gas trading and/or field service businesses
  • Vertical Integration – Growth via midstream (pipelines, storage, etc.) asset acquisition/investment and, in some instances, upstream extension into gathering and drilling
