2014 HR Shared Services Benchmarking Study Highlights
The third cycle of our Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) benchmarking study was focused exclusively on U.S. or North American HRSS organizations with service centers and centers of expertise. The study provided metrics on HRSS delivery models and operations, staffing levels, performance, and technology use and included data about the participants’ practices and management infrastructure.
