We look for people who are smart, self-reliant, quality minded, and able to connect with their coworkers and clients. The opportunities at ScottMadden are endless, and we have a well-defined path for advancement. We reward initiative and independence as well as the ability to work collaboratively in teams.
We typically staff our consulting engagements with small teams—one to three consultants paired with one working partner. This arrangement makes each consultant’s contribution vital to the success of each project. Our consultants have greater responsibility and client contact at each level than they might have at larger consulting firms where project teams can be significantly bigger.
