ScottMadden provides its employees with a choice of two group medical plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield: 1) a traditional PPO and 2) a high-deductible health plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA). Both plans allow coverage of a single employee or employee plus dependents at competitive premiums. A flexible spending account is also offered for paying qualifying medical/dental/vision and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars.
Other benefits include a group dental plan, group vision plan, life and accident insurance, company-paid long-term disability insurance, and access to Telemedicine.
All analysts with one year of service and all other ScottMadden consultants enjoy four weeks of paid vacation each year in addition to eight paid holidays. Once an employee passes five years of service with the firm they will receive an additional five days of PTO per year. Other benefits include a 401(k) program, which accepts employee contributions after one month of service. After one year with the firm, employees are eligible for company-funded profit-sharing contributions to their 401(k) accounts.
