  • Strategy/Marketing Development: We assist in determining a corporate or functional shared services approach. This ranges from setting up a shared services business unit to establishing a shared services operation
  • Operations and Organization Design: We assist our clients to develop operating models, processes, organization structure, staffing levels, service level agreements, charge-backs, performance measures, facilities, and technology requirements
  • Service Center Design and Implementation: We assist our clients in designing and implementing shared services centers, such as employee services centers, IT help desks, and accounting services centers
  • Program Management: We often manage the transformation project for our clients. We build a detailed implementation plan and manage it with the client
  • Operational Audit: We assess a functioning shared services operation against best practice models and suggest improvement recommendations
  • Business Case Analysis: We are often asked to prepare a business case for moving toward implementing and improving shared services
  • Technology Assessment: We conduct an assessment of technology capabilities and offer recommendations that enable shared services delivery options
  • Customer Surveying: We have a web-based research methodology that measures internal customer satisfaction
