Our proprietary leading practice database contains thousands of leading practices for shared services functions and operating elements collected from our industry insight.  We identify practices across functions and processes along with practices for running an effective shared services organization.  

Our Assessment service incorporates our leading practices and benchmarks to create a complete picture of your organization relative to leading practice shared services organizations. While the benchmarks help you identify what the gap is, the leading practices provide a map for closing the gap.  We believe assessing both aspects are critical for improving performance.

We also conduct regular research including industry studies on emergent topics. Our Research is available through a subscription to ScottMadden’s Shared Services Institute.
