The EU-HRMG was formed to accomplish the following objectives:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR metrics and share HR best practices for the electric utility industry
- Demonstrate value to participating utilities
- Ensure credibility in the analysis of HR metrics through review and verification
- Provide information to the group in a timely and cost effective manner
