Nuclear HR
Initially chartered in 1986, the Nuclear Human Resources Group (NHRG) is a community of practice which benchmarks the nuclear HR area.
The NHRG provides a forum for nuclear human resource practitioners to exchange information on human resource management issues that uniquely affect nuclear power operations.
All North American nuclear utilities participate in an annual HR metrics survey. For access to the NHRG consortium documents, click Benchmarking. The following is available as an overview:
- Electric Utility benchmarking groups including charter/objectives, utility committees, conference dates, and a listing of all presentations and surveys. To obtain an overview, click here.
- Nuclear Labor Relations: in order to obtain quick access to the Nuclear Labor Bargaining Unit Agreements, go to the Benchmarking page and select Labor Relations from the topic list
