Utility Recruiting

Nuclear HR

The NHRG provides a forum for nuclear human resource practitioners to exchange information on human resource management issues that uniquely affect nuclear power operations.

All North American nuclear utilities participate in an annual HR metrics survey. For access to the NHRG consortium documents, click Benchmarking. The following is available as an overview:

Benchmarking

The three consortiums develop and share data related to their charters, in the form of benchmarking studies, labor agreements, organization charts, presentations from consortium members, and more.
