We offer a full portfolio of healthcare benefits, as well as additional options to tailor a benefit package that’s right for you.
Group medical insurance, provided through BlueCross BlueShield, requires a nominal monthly premium for each employee. Family members can be added to the medical plan for reasonable additional fees, and a flexible spending account lets you set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for qualified medical and dependant care expenses.
Employees also receive life and accident insurance for a low monthly fee, and the option of group dental insurance for you and your family.
Beginning at the associate level, all ScottMadden employees enjoy three weeks of paid vacation each year. Other benefits include a 401(k) program, which becomes open for employee contributions after one month of service. In just one year, new employees are eligible for company funded profit-sharing contributions to their 401(k) accounts.
