ScottMadden and Exelon Transmission Company Co-Present Case Study at EEI Strategic Issues Roundtable

March 23, 2012 | Atlanta, GA

ScottMadden, a leading North American energy consulting firm, co-presented a case study at Edison Electric Institute’s (EEI) recent Strategic Issues Roundtable. Together with Exelon Transmission Company, ScottMadden facilitated a discussion among leading industry strategists on Transmission Company Development Strategy Case Study.

Jeff Yuknis, COO of Exelon Transmission Company, and Ed Baker, a partner at ScottMadden, facilitated the discussion. The case study focuses on the evolution of Exelon’s transmission development strategy, along with the business planning process to execute against that strategy. “As many are finding, transmission is a tough, complicated business, and the business environment is changing rapidly. Exelon Transmission’s business planning process is a terrific tool to deal with the changes and uncertainty and evolve strategy into a specific course of action,” said Mr. Baker.
