Stimulus Bill: Responses and Follow Ups

The Department of Energy (DOE) issued two Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOAs) in late July.
 
One funding opportunity for large transmission projects (FOA-132) was multi-phased but had only one due date for initial applications: September 14th.  FOA 132 is now closed for future applications. The second opportunity for a variety of clean tech project (FOA-140) is open for initial applications through the end of 2010.
