Benchmarking Study on G&T Staffing

This study examines staffing levels for non-operational positions, focusing on how many full-time equivalents G&Ts require to complete functional area workload. This exclusive session presentation, for G&T electric cooperative members only, will feature presenters from Georgia Transmission Corporation (GTC) and Old Dominion Electric Cooperative (ODEC) and will review unique considerations, highlight lessons learned, and examine how results were used.
