Case Study: Retiree Administration Vendor Selection

ScottMadden helped a large, global energy company with retiree administration vendor selection.

• The client had outsourced retiree administration to a vendor that merged with another vendor several years into the contract.  The newly formed vendor was not able to maintain the level of service desired
• The client was concerned about the data integrity at the current vendor and anticipated that data conversion would be difficult
