ScottMadden provides its employees with a choice of two group medical plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield: 1) a traditional PPO and 2) a high-deductible health plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA). Both plans allow coverage of a single employee or employee plus dependents at competitive premiums. A flexible spending account is also offered for paying qualifying medical/dental/vision and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars.
Other benefits include a group dental plan, life and accident insurance, and company-paid, long-term disability insurance.
All analysts with one year of service and all other ScottMadden consultants enjoy three weeks of paid vacation each year. Other benefits include a 401(k) program, which accepts employee contributions after one month of service. After one year with the firm, employees are eligible for company-funded profit-sharing contributions to their 401(k) accounts.
