Tina Krebs

Director

Christina Krebs joined ScottMadden in 2002 and has expertise in human resources management, shared services design and implementation, process redesign, and vendor selection and negotiation across a variety of industries, including energy utilities, automotive, defense, and healthcare.  Prior to joining ScottMadden, Christina was a consulting reservoir engineer at Shell Oil Company.  Christina holds an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, where she was a Fuqua Fellow and a B.S. in chemical engineering with a minor in chemistry and math from Florida State University.

  • Managed the outsourcing and transition of I-9 verification, employment and wage verification, and unemployment claims services from a large defense contractor to a selected vendor.  Supported interface development, identified roles and responsibilities, developed supporting processes, and managed user acceptance testing
  • Conducted a detailed time and attendance study for a global energy company interested in replacing its mainframe time and attendance system.  Reviewed leading practices, identified high-level business requirements, managed vendor discussions and RFI responses, and developed business case for replacement of system.  Provided client with system/vendor recommendation
  • Managed the requirements development and design of a human resources employee service center for a large defense contractor serving over 121,000 employees across nine business units
  • Managed the implementation of a new HR service center for a global automotive company.  Redesigned processes, standardized policies, and developed a knowledge base for the new service center.  Assisted with case and document management system implementations and managed training and change management
  • Managed the vendor selection process and call center set up for a global energy company interested in replacing their retiree administration and actuarial vendor.  Identified potential vendors, developed the RFI/RFP, managed the proposal review period, and conducted financial analysis on the vendor responses.  Led client to final vendor selection and through components of implementation
  • Assisted a leading healthcare company in the design of a new HR shared services delivery model.  Designed new organization structures, identified role responsibilities, developed a selection process and job descriptions for the new roles, redesigned processes to support the new organizations, and provided general project management support.  Developed a detailed business case for roll-out of the model across the enterprise
  • Managed the business analysis phase of a system implementation for a global energy company in two functional areas (payroll and time & labor). Redesigned processes across HR. Managed the project to contract to ensure delivery of promised functionality. Designed and managed the user-acceptance testing for the client
  • Facilitated an HRIS and payroll system selection for a global energy company.  Analyzed vendor responses and facilitated functional and technical scoring sessions of the vendors’ responses to the RFP.  Developed a detailed business case for the purchase and implementation of the system
  • Conducted a detailed cost analysis and organizational assessment for the human resources organization of a global energy company in preparation for the outsourcing of its HRIS and payroll systems.  Built cost models to quantify HR services costs. Benchmarked and presented results to senior management
