Jason Davis

Director

Jason Davis is a director with eleven years of consulting experience, specializing in shared services, operations improvement, process redesign, and regulatory support.  He has worked with a variety of clients to assess, design, and implement financial shared services centers.  Prior to joining ScottMadden, Jason worked at AGL Resources in gas distribution, operations, LNG plant engineering, and gas supply.  He earned a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, a B.S. from Furman University, and an M.B.A. from Georgia State University.

  • Designed future state operating model and developed implementation plan for a financial shared services center for a large defense contractor
  • Conducted operations assessment of a financial shared services organization for a major retail corporation.  Also developed plan to implement recommendations from the assessment
  • Designed and implemented a financial shared services organization for a leading furniture manufacturer. Implementation involved process design, organization redesign, change management, and a new customer call center.  Also worked with client to select and implement a new document imaging system
  • Conducted an operations assessment of a defense contractor's international shared services operation’s accounting, human resources, and subsidiary management functions.  Assessment focused on organization, processes, and services that supported international business units in Asia and Europe
