Jerred Crosby

Director

Jerred Crosby joined ScottMadden in 2003 and has expertise in shared services design and implementation, project and change management, process improvement and outsourcing. His industry experience includes pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, telecommunications, energy, agriculture, and healthcare across a number of geographic areas including Canada, the United States, Puerto Rico and England. Prior to joining ScottMadden, Jerred was a senior consultant with Fujitsu’s DMR Consulting Group, focusing on information systems management and project delivery. Jerred holds an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.A. from the University of Calgary, where he was an Academic All-Canadian Athlete.

  • Developed  a strategic plan for a human resources shared service center by evaluating customers, services, organization structure, talent, technology, analytic capabilities, goals and opportunities
  • Completed an historical analysis of a human resource and payroll shared services organization demonstrating the value in cost savings, improvements to processes and controls, and customer service
  • Conducted a human resources shared services planning engagement for a large construction product and services company. This included an assessment of current operations, organization design, financial analyses and corresponding implementation plan
  • Supported the development of a project management office including the implementation of a phased approval process, project health monitoring, initiation and planning tools, and development of guidelines and procedures
  • Established and initiated the change management plan and change implementation team for a healthcare provider transitioning human resources to a shared services delivery model
  • Led change management activities for a multi-function shared services implementation project for a newly merged gas/electric utility. Developed and oversaw the change plan through establishing products & services, customer relationship managers, service level agreements, billing and performance management capability
  • Provided project management guidance for the health wellness consulting division of a global pharmaceutical. This included the design of client specific tools, structure, and reporting mechanisms, along with implementation support across multiple programs including an RFP response
  • Project managed the implementation of an employee health wellness program for an off-shore manufacturing population through strategic planning, vendor selection, systems integration, communications, rollout, and transition to the ongoing operations team
  • Transferred employee services from divisional human resources to a global shared service center and self-service model that included payroll, policies, leaves management, and the outsourcing of benefits including health, savings, and pension plans
  • Implemented web enabled computer kiosks embedded in a manufacturing environment to support self-service goals of the global shared service center. This included technology selection, web portal development, integration with the shared service center, and affective change management
