
Since joining ScottMadden, Doug Utley has specialized in organization design and staffing, process reengineering, and process automation. Mr. Utley has extensive experience in strategic and operational planning, organization design, concept marketing, and operational processes. He has done extensive work on designing, planning and implementing shared services centers. He has become a recognized leader in service center technologies and integration of multiple technology applications for service centers. His 25-year career in the U.S. Air Force included high-level policy formulation, organizational design, and strategic planning. He earned a masters in business administration from the Florida Institute of Technology and a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from N.C. State University.
