"The Leadership March," Electric Perspectives, Stu Pearman and Samuel T. Poston, January/February 2004.
Electric utility industry managers and executives need to learn new patterns of leadership in order to move their organizations in the same direction during a period of constant flux.

Even if the much-debated energy bill passes, it appears that the industry will not align in a stable formation anytime soon. Instead, continued ambiguity, complexity, and indecision about direction will be commonplace.
